Prime Minister Maharashtra Uddhav Thackeray received permission on Sunday to make films and films for Mumbai if the number of daily coronavirus cases in the city is brought under control.
In a virtual interaction with representatives of the film and television industry, he called on them to cooperate with the government in the measures being taken to combat the pandemic. “After the second wave of COVID-19, films and TV shootings were stopped in the state, but now the number of cases has started to get under control and the unlocking process has also started,” he said.
Thackeray received film and television producers during the films to comply with all COVID-19 safety regulations and take action. “We should make sure the virus doesn’t fall on us,” he said.
Various actors related to the anchor and entertainment industry include Aadesh Bandekar, Nitin Vaidya, Prashant Damle, Bharat Jadhav, Subodh Bhave, Amol Kolhe, JD Mathijia, Amit Behl, Punit Goenka, Ajay Bhalvankar, Sangamon Shirke, Vijayk , Sharad Ponkshe, Siddharth Roy Kapur, attended the meeting.
