The filmmaker couple Abbas-Mustan released a back-up photo of the stage with Akshay Kumar on Saturday evening to mark the 29th anniversary of the film “Khiladi,” along with a suspense thriller poster. In the picture, a young Akshay smiles at the camera on both sides of Abbas and Mustan. The photo looks like it was clicked at a party about the premiere of the film.
“Today marks # 29YearsofKhiladi. The first success of our career. It feels like yesterday in his mind still very much alive. Remembering the whole team of this special film on this very special day. Red heart,” the director wrote in pairs. subtitle next to the Instagram image as well as their verified Twitter account.
They labeled actors Akshay, Ayesha Jhulka, Johnny Lever, Deepak Tijori and Sabeeha, as well as a pair of Jatin-Lalit composers who achieved successful music for the film, as well as director Thomas Xavier and producer Venus.
The third version of Akshay’s “Khiladi” released in 1992 was his first major success. The film created his horrible star as an action hero and earned him the abuse of Mr. Khiladi or Khiladi Kumar of Bollywood, and also sparked a series of unrelated “Khiladi” films.

Akshay and Abbas-Mustan will work on “Ajnabee” (2001) and “Aitraaz” (2004) after “Khiladi”.
