Tabraiz Shamsi Spinner took on four wickets in South Africa on Monday in Dublin in the first match of the Twenty20 International (T20I) series Twenty20 International (T20I) South Africa beat Ireland by 33 runs. Aiden Markram scored 39 visitors and David Miller scored 28 as South Africa beat them 20-7 165-7. Seven of the top eight boats got double figures after being asked to join the tourists so no one got a high score. In response to Ireland falling to 46-5, Harry Tector (36) offered resistance, but the wickets fell regularly and the hosts could only model 132-9.
Shamsi, one of the best players in the T20 Cricket, finished 4-27 above his four.
The groups meet in Belfast on Thursday and Saturday again.
The final day’s international series of the day ended 1-1.
