Prithvi Shaw, Shreyas Iyer train together after the closure of England Kilker News

Prithvi Shaw trained on Monday with his Indian and Delhi Capitals (DC) teammate Shreyas Iyer. He posted a photo with Iyer in his Instagram Stories story and said it was a “good running session”. In the picture, the couple can be seen resting and relaxing after a high-tension workout. Iyer, on the other hand, was happy to see Shaw do his best and put a lot of effort into training. After posting a short clip from his running session on social media, Iyer said, “It’s good to see how he transcends his boundaries.”


Although Shaw was in tremendous form in the Vijay Hazare Trophy and the Indian Premier League (IPL) in 2021, 20 Indian men did not qualify for the final of the World Test Championship (WTC) against New Zealand on 18 June.

Shaw Vijay was the main runner in the Hazare Trophy. They won 827 races when Mumbai won the fourth title for Vijay Hazare. In the IPL 2021, Shaw scored 308 points in eight games with the help of three-and-a-half centuries and had an impressive strike rate of 166.48.

Shaw last played in India on the team’s Australian tour this year in four four-match trials. He was disastrous in the last game of the team, winning a duck and 4 races in the first and second entries of the Adelaide test. India lost the match by eight wickets, but won the series, 2-1.

After the Adelaide test, Shaw did not appear in any other games in the series and was replaced by his under-19 teammate Shubman Gill. Gill scored 259 points in three games and Cemented his place with Rohit Sharma as the opening test in India.


Shaw played his last ODI with India in February 2021 against New Zealand and scored 40 balls from 42 balls. India lost the match against New Zealand by five wickets.

However, Shaw could return to the Indian configuration next month when they travel to Sri Lanka for a series of limited trips.
