Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has shared a wonderful photo with his two quarantined daughters in England. Although they look pretty in the picture, Ashwin said their faces appear “jet lagged”. The Instagram image, showing the three staring at the camera, was clicked on at an indoor facility at Southampton Stadium as members of the Indian Cricket team and their families are making a mandatory 10-day Quarantine before the start of the World Test Championship (WTC) final on June 18 in New Zealand.
More than 1.23 lakh was liked within two hours of the message being published. Many people have also commented on the post.
One user, Mina 45, looks like the Elder girl Ashwin in the picture and the younger looks like Ashwin’s wife Prithi Narayanan.
“Sir final Mei 20 wkt slogan (Lord, please take 20 wicket in the final),” Sunni said.
“Beautiful photo,” said a person with the username Deepak90_shreyas41.
It’s not the first time Ashwin has shared the image of quarantine daughters. A week ago, they shared another picture with them when they were in Mumbai Quarantine before flying to the UK.
“Quarantine caresses,” the scammer wrote the message.
The Indian team went to England and has now arrived in Southampton where the WTC final will be played. The Indian Cricket Control Commission (BCCI) shared a video documenting the entire 100-day voyage of the Indian contingent from the UK.
The player was shown arriving at Mumbai airport and then arriving at Heathrow Airport in London. Then they went by bus to the Ageas Bowl Cricket field.
