Actress Tanya Maniktala says in Lockdown that content consumption has increased exponentially and people have been exposed to different stories.
Speaking about the extinct star culture due to OTT, Tanya, who is preparing to publish her anthology “Feh Like Ishq,” told IANS, “As an actor, we are a medium for storytelling and that’s about it. content consumption has increased exponentially and we’ve been through a lot of different stories and I think that’s really picked up. ”
He added: “So we’ve seen new faces come in and we’ve accepted those faces because that’s for you. You like the face and the way you tell stories and that’s what an actor has to do.”

The actor believes it is the “credibility” that a familiar face brings to the forefront. He said, “For me, a familiar face or a star brings a kind of credibility because they’ve worked for it and that’s always been the case. If you work for it, if you prove yourself, if you’ve said you’ve done your job very well in the past, the content you want to work on will speak for you, then there will be the adherence and credibility that an audience will have.
