Mumbai Police arrested the husband of actor Shilpa Shetty and businessman Raj Kundra on Monday after her name appeared in an alleged involvement in the creation and publication of pornographic films through apps. Immediately after his arrest, Sagarika Shona Suman’s interview with actress and model reappeared on the Internet without a date, and in August 2020, Kundra said she offered him a role in a web series.
After filing some serious allegations, Sagarika complained that the three friends asked him to conduct a virtual hearing through a video call to a naked audience. In an undated interview, he says one of the three was Kundra.

“I’m a model and I’ve been working in the industry for 3-4 years. I haven’t done much work. During the blockade, some things I wanted to share happened. In August 2020, I received a call from Umesh. He offered me a web series owned and produced by Kamat ji Raj Kundra .I asked her about Raj Kundra and she told me that she is the husband of Shilpa Shetty, ”the actor says.
“I went in (on the web series), he told me I was going to keep getting the job and I was going to get to great heights. So I agreed and then he heard me tell me. I told him it’s COVID, so how do I give him the audition?” So you can do it through video calling. When I got into the video call, he asked me to listen to him naked. I was shocked and refused, ”Sagarika said,“ he complained that the video call had three people with their faces covered and I think one of them was Raj Kundra. I want to be arrested if he gets involved in things like this and that racket is exposed. ”
Incidentally, Umesh Kamat, who had previously worked with the Kundra, was arrested by Mumbai Police this year in February when his name appeared on the alleged porn racket. His name came after the arrest of actress Gehana Vasisth. Police said Kamat was responsible for uploading pornographic videos that allegedly used Kundra office machinery in a mobile app.
