Former Indian tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi on Tuesday competed in the standings of Rohan Bopanna, Sania Mirza and the All India Tennis Association (AITA) Olympic teams. The tennis corps on Monday condemned the tweets made by stars Bopanna and Sania over the ranking of players for the Tokyo Olympics, as Bopanna complained to DAD that the FAT people were misleading him and the Sumit Nagal Games. Bhupathi came in on Tuesday to say HELP “just doesn’t care”.
“The bottom line is @rohanbopanna and @MirzaSania is not playing. If I were you I would move the mountains considering they were so close last time to find a way to go. Also, I don’t think it’s an ability. You don’t care .. and if you don’t mind you don’t know.” Bhupathi tweeted.

“It’s been 50 years and this is still happening. I really hope that there will be a change in improving tennis in India. Our future tennis players deserve better administration,” Bopanna added, citing Bhupathi’s tweet.

“The ITF has never accepted Sumit Nagal and my entry. The ITF made it clear that after the appointment period (June 22) no change was allowed unless there was an Injury / Illness. Had a chance (sic),” Bopanna originally tweeted.
“Whaaattt? If this is true, it’s absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing. This means that we sacrificed a very good shot in a medal in mixed doubles if you and I played as we wanted. We were both told you and you gave the names sumit,” wrote Sania Mirza in response.
“Twitter comments made by Rohan Bopanna and then Sania Mirza are inappropriate, misleading, and seemingly ignorant of the rules. They should check the ITF’s rules book on Qualifications, it looks like Divij Sharan was writing to TOPS.” The father said in his statement.
“Rohan Bopanna could not be classified according to ITF rules. Therefore, Sania Mirza’s tweet is also unfounded and is condemned by a player of his level,” the release added.
