Bollywood action Hero and martial arts fan Vidyut Jammwal took to Instagram on Tuesday to stress the need to talk openly about sexual health in order to eliminate the taboo around it. The actor also shared a set of workouts on his YouTube channel, which he said will help rejuvenate blood flow and restore sexual energy in the pelvic region.
“It’s time to discuss sexual health and erectile dysfunction. One in ten men can suffer from erectile dysfunction. Here’s the KalariSutra, a set of 19 exercises that are done every day that will help rejuvenate your blood flow and bring back sexual energy. Pelvic region,” Vidyut wrote. in his message.
“Sexual health is a significant part of overall well-being and should be spoken of more openly to eliminate the taboo. Encouraging to live a round life,” he added.
The actor is informed in his message that the full set of the training video is available on his YouTube channel.
Meanwhile, Vidyut is a trained wrestling artist and has learned kalaripayattu for three years. Kalaripayattu has been a strong advocate of Martial Arts in India and often goes to his social media accounts to do difficult exercises to easily share his amazing videos.

Professionally, Vidyut will be seen in the action thriller film “Sanak” starring Bengali actor Rukmini Maitra. The film is directed by Kanishk Warm and produced by Vipul Shah in conjunction with Zee Studios. Chandan Roy Sanyal and Neha Dhupia also appear. He also has “Khuda Haafiz Chapter II” in his kitten.
