World Test Championship: Team India’s “Perfect Training Setup” Before WTC Final | Cricket News

In the final of the World Test Championship (WTC) that India is ready to face in New Zealand, all eyes will be on the conditions for the Ageas Bowl to play. The promising match will start on 18 June in Southampton. Not only the playing conditions, it is also a huge attraction for Cricket fans due to its unique infrastructure. The India team posted a photo of the venue on Instagram, and it seems the venue has not lost its charm with the Raging Coronavirus Pandemic as well. The title of the post was “Perfect Training Setup.”

The Indian men’s cricket team is fulfilling its mandatory isolation period at the Bubble bio-safe at the local hotel. The Indian Women’s Cricket team is also taking a quarantine period at the same hotel.

After the WTC final, the outfit led by Virat Kohli will face England in a five-match Test series.

Meanwhile, the Women’s team will face England in a single Test match (June 16-20), three ODIs (June 27, June 30, July 3) and three T20Is (July 9, July 11, July 15).

During the WTC final, they will be looking at Jasprit Bumrah, who could become India’s fastest beating wicket of 100 Test wickets.


He needs 17 more releases to reach Mugarri in Test Cricket and so far he has only played in 19 Test matches. The record holds the legendary Kapil Dev, who set a milestone in 25 trials.

Most Indian Cricketers were last seen in the Indian Premier League (IPL) events in the 2021 season. IPL was delayed in the middle of the 2021 season due to the Pandemic coronavirus.
