The Indian team is training hard for the final of the World Test Championship against New Zealand starting on June 18 in Southampton. The Indian Cricket Control Commission (BCCI) has tweeted a video of the rest of Virat Kohli and the rest of the teams ’practice on the ground next to Ageas Bowl Stadium. Cheteshwar Pujara, Ajinkya Rahane, Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant and Skipper were seen playing hard in the nets. The bowlers also had an intense session: Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami and Ravichandran were seen bowling in the Ashwin nets. “The India team has entered the WTC Final slot,” the BCCI tweeted.

Pant, who achieved a century in 2018 when he made his final test in England, was shooting big shots in a video shared by Ashwin BCCI. Pant is a reliable low-end bat in the Indian midfield and the Indian team has recently been a first-choice wicketkeeper. He was terrific with bats in the Australian and England home series.
Yesterday, BCCI shared the first video of players playing in the nets after coming out of isolation.
Opponents of New Zealand, meanwhile, are playing a second test match against England, where captain Williamson is injured. Opener Tom Latham is leading the Kiwi team when there is no regular pattern.
The final of the inaugural World Test Championship will be played June 18-22 at Southampton’s Ageas Bowl Stadium.
