Former Indian player Yuvraj Singh was beaten by Indian Ishant Sharma after the latter posted a couple of photos and a video of him playing golf. While Ishantr seemed to be completely focused on the work at hand, Yuvraj decided to turn the fun around, referring to the pacer’s tall physique and asking him to give him a lot of misfortune. “Lambu ji Khul ke mar” he wrote. Ishant was seen wearing a yellow cap and multi-colored shoes while trying his hand at golf.
Yuvraj seeds to kick off Ishant’s golf skills. He wrote:
Yuvraj is an avid golfer himself who clicked on a golf course last month with likes of Sachin Tendulkar and Ajit Agarkar.
Today, Ishant is the most experienced beat of the Indian Squad team touring England. He has represented the national side in 102 trials, taking an average of 306 seats 32.19.
He also took part in the World Test Championship (WTC) final against New Zealand. There he acquired three bridges when India fell by eight bridges at Southampton.
India will take on the next one in England in a series of five tests scheduled for 4 August to 14 September.
They will host a five-match series at Trotting Bridge in Nottingham, Lord’s London, Headingley Leeds, The Oval London and The Old Trafford Manchester.
The Indian limited team will face Sri Lanka in a three-match ODI and start a three-match T20I series on July 18 in Colombo. Rahul Dravid was the new coach and Shikhar Dhawan was chosen to correct the difference.
